Testing this out

One of the stations my kids enjoy is making words with the letter tiles. You can use the plastic letter tiles. Before I was able to find those though, I went to Home Depot and bought a sheet of one inch ceramic tiles. I wrote the capital letter on one side and the lowercase letter on the other. The kids would use the cards to match the letters to make the word. As the year progressed they stopped using the cards and started writing sight words and then sentences with the letter tiles.
